silveroks was founded in 2018 with a simple observation: many senior living facilities felt more institutional than homelike. Our founders, having experienced this firsthand with their own family members, set out to create something different.
We started with a fundamental question: what would a residence look like if it was designed by people who genuinely understood what it means to age with dignity? The answer led us to Kuala Lumpur's Jalan Ampang area, where we established our first residence in a thoughtfully renovated building that combines comfort with accessibility.
From the beginning, we've focused on creating spaces that feel familiar and welcoming rather than clinical. We believe that aging doesn't mean giving up independence or the comforts of home. Our residences are designed to support residents in maintaining their routines and preferences while having assistance readily available when needed.
Today, silveroks serves families across Kuala Lumpur who are seeking alternatives to traditional senior care settings. We've grown not by expanding rapidly, but by refining our approach based on feedback from residents and their families. Every decision we make is guided by one question: would this make us feel more at home?
